Mental Health Courses

We all have mental health, just like we all have physical health. All employers have a responsibility to consider the mental health and wellbeing needs of their workforce, and to take appropriate measures to manage ill health in the workplace. The Health and Safety Executive (HSE) suggests this could include providing information / training for managers and employees and appointing mental health trained first aiders as well as occupational health provision and employee assistance programmes.

Whichever mental health training you choose will be delivered through a combination of case studies, videos, group and paired activities, research and discussion.  Our training is highly engaging and whilst the topic is serious, the training is frequently described as worthwhile, fun and enjoyable.

Our training will not turn you into a counsellor, but you will provide you with plenty of knowledge and the confidence and skills to be able to help deal with a mental health first aid crisis and support your colleagues in signposting to further support whilst keeping yourself safe.

If you have specific requirements which are not met by the courses shown below, please contact us to design a personalised training programme.
